Delete your FitBest account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time.

In the app

Open Profile, then Delete account, and confirm.

On the web

Sign in at fitbest.nihey.org/app/profile, then choose Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

Right away: your account (your name and email), your details and targets, every meal with its photos and descriptions, your workouts, weights and saved foods. Photos are gone from our storage within a day. The dish drawings stay: they are made from dish names alone and shared by everyone who logs that dish.

Deleting some of your data

You can also delete single logs and keep your account: open the meal and choose Delete meal, or press the bin next to a workout on Home. A deleted meal's photo is gone from our storage within a day. For anything else, such as a weight entry, write to us.

Can't sign in?

Write to fitbest@nihey.org from your account's email and we will delete it for you.
